To achieve this qualification, learners must attain a minimum of 13 credits. At least 10 credits must be at Level 2 or above. The learner must attain 7 credits from the Mandatory units in Group A, and a further 6 credits from the units in Optional Group B. This qualification enables learners who work or plan to work in a contact centre environment to develop their knowledge.
